Therefore, the sale is subject to the current law on "distance selling," as a "custom-made" product (Legislative Decree 21/2014 published in the Official Gazette no. 58 of March 11, 2014), meaning you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, even for a size change. Production will take longer than the 40 working days for standard orders.

How to clean and care for your shoes
A little care goes a long way with a handmade shoe. Here is what to do for this model.
Dust with a soft dry cloth. For a stain, a barely damp cloth with a drop of neutral soap: dab, do not rub, following the weave. Air-dry away from sun and heat. No stain removers or solvents.
Before dancing, brush with the steel-bristle brush against the nap: it lifts the nap and restores grip on parquet. Smooth it slips, wet it hardens: no water, no outdoors, no dirty floors.
- Keep the shoes in their fabric bag, away from damp and direct light; never in a closed box while still damp.
- Check the heel protectors: once the heel touches the floor they need replacing, before the heel itself gets damaged.
- If you dance often, alternate two pairs: the shoe dries out and the sole lasts longer.
