Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. With Klarna you can pay in 3 interest-free instalments: the instalment amount is shown under the price of every shoe.

Shipping and delivery

How much is shipping and when will it arrive?
In Italy shipping costs €12 and takes 2-4 working days; it is free over €200. We also ship abroad: the cost depends on the country and is shown at checkout, before you confirm the order.

Are the shoes I order in stock?
Yes. The sizes you can add to the cart are in stock and ship right away: delivery in Italy takes 2-4 working days.

Unavailable sizes and made to order

Can I order a sold-out size?
Yes. We make it to order in our workshop in 50/60 working days. On the product page tap the crossed-out size: you can request it on WhatsApp or with the form, and we will confirm price and delivery date.

What can I customise?
Colour, heel, sole (buffalo, leather or rubber), width and materials. Write to us and we will tell you what is possible on the model you like.

Returns and size exchange

Can I return or exchange the shoes?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery: the product must be intact, unworn on the dance floor and in its original box. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. To start, write to info@wishdanceshop.com.

Size, heel and sole

How do I choose my size?
Our shoes follow European sizing. Choose your usual size; between two sizes, take the larger one. You will find the tables in centimetres in the size guide and heel advice in the heel guide.

Which sole should I choose?
Buffalo for the wooden floors of dance halls (never outdoors), rubber to dance outdoors or on mixed surfaces too, leather for a smoother glide. On the product page, under “Materials and technology”, you will find the details of each sole.

Product

Are the shoes really handmade in Italy?
Yes: every pair is made in our workshop in Aprilia (LT), since 1985, with silk satin, suede, patent leather and selected crystals.
