Regarding the non-standard sizes, specifically sizes 33 - 42, these are not stock sizes but can only be made to order and upon customer request, following a telephone contact followed by a written order via email, therefore the sale is subject to the current law on "distance selling", as a "custom-made" product (Legislative Decree 21/2014 published in the Official Gazette n. 58 of March 11, 2014), therefore you will not be able to benefit from the right of withdrawal even for a size exchange. Production will take longer than the 40 working days for standard orders

A little care goes a long way with a handmade shoe. Here is what to do for this model.
- Keep the shoes in their fabric bag, away from damp and direct light; never in a closed box while still damp.
- Check the heel protectors: once the heel touches the floor they need replacing, before the heel itself gets damaged.
- If you dance often, alternate two pairs: the shoe dries out and the sole lasts longer.
