For Standard Orders, if not in stock, production times are 40 working days from the time the order is received.
Regarding non-standard sizes, specifically sizes 33 - 42 - 43 - 44 - 45 are not stock items but can only be made to order and customer request, after telephone contact followed by a written order via email. Therefore, the sale is subject to the current law on "distance selling" as a "made-to-measure" product (Legislative Decree 21/2014 published in the Official Gazette no. 58 of 11 March 2014), meaning you cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal, not even for a size change. Production will take longer than the 40 working days for standard orders.

How to clean and care for your shoes
A little care goes a long way with a handmade shoe. Here is what to do for this model.
Brush dry with a suede brush, with the nap, to lift dust and revive the colour. Marks come off with a suede eraser. Do not wet; if damp, air-dry away from heat.
Wipe with a dry cloth. Do not wet it and do not wear it on asphalt or gravel: leather wears out fast outdoors.
- Keep the shoes in their fabric bag, away from damp and direct light; never in a closed box while still damp.
- Check the heel protectors: once the heel touches the floor they need replacing, before the heel itself gets damaged.
- If you dance often, alternate two pairs: the shoe dries out and the sole lasts longer.
