Gaynor Minden Supplex are professional-level pointe shoes, highly prized by advanced and professional dancers.
Their distinctive feature is their construction with a high-tech elastomer shank: unlike traditional cardboard and glue shanks, it does not soften with moisture and maintains its support throughout the life of the shoe.

- Elastic shank that supports the instep without giving way
- Consistent support even after prolonged use
Recommended for advanced and professional dancers performing in shows, intensive rehearsals, and classical repertoire. Ribbons and elastics are to be attached separately according to the desired fit.
Care: allow to air dry; the elastomer shank is unaffected by moisture.

How to clean and care for your shoes
A little care goes a long way with a handmade shoe. Here is what to do for this model.
- Keep the shoes in their fabric bag, away from damp and direct light; never in a closed box while still damp.
- Check the heel protectors: once the heel touches the floor they need replacing, before the heel itself gets damaged.
- If you dance often, alternate two pairs: the shoe dries out and the sole lasts longer.
