Therefore, the sale is subject to the current law on "distance sales", as a "custom-made" product (Legislative Decree 21/2014 published in Official Gazette no. 58 of 11 March 2014), meaning you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, even for a size change. Production will take longer than the 40 working days for standard orders.
