For Standard Orders, if not in stock, production times are 50 working days from the receipt of the order.
Regarding non-standard sizes, specifically sizes 33 - 42 - 43 - 44 are not stock items but can only be produced upon customer order and request, subject to telephone contact followed by a written order via email. Therefore, the sale is subject to the current law on "distance selling" as a "custom-made" product (Legislative Decree 21/2014 published in Official Gazette no. 58 of March 11, 2014), meaning you will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal, even for a size change. Production will take longer than the 40 working days for standard orders.

How to clean and care for your shoes
A little care goes a long way with a handmade shoe. Here is what to do for this model.
Dust with a soft dry cloth. For a stain, a barely damp cloth with a drop of neutral soap: dab, do not rub, following the weave. Air-dry away from sun and heat. No stain removers or solvents.
Wipe with a dry cloth. Do not wet it and do not wear it on asphalt or gravel: leather wears out fast outdoors.
- Keep the shoes in their fabric bag, away from damp and direct light; never in a closed box while still damp.
- Check the heel protectors: once the heel touches the floor they need replacing, before the heel itself gets damaged.
- If you dance often, alternate two pairs: the shoe dries out and the sole lasts longer.
