For standard orders, if not in stock, production times are 40 working days from the moment of order reception.
Regarding non-standard sizes, specifically sizes 33 - 42 - 43 - 44 - 45 are not in stock but can only be made upon customer order and request, following telephone contact and a written order via email. Therefore, the sale is subject to the current law on "distance selling" as a "custom-made" product (Legislative Decree 21/2014 published in Official Gazette no. 58 of 11 March 2014), meaning you cannot avail of the right of withdrawal, even for size exchange. Production will take longer than the 40 working days for standard orders.

How to clean and care for your shoes
A little care goes a long way with a handmade shoe. Here is what to do for this model.
Brush dry with a suede brush, with the nap, to lift dust and revive the colour. Marks come off with a suede eraser. Do not wet; if damp, air-dry away from heat.
Wipe with a dry cloth. Do not wet it and do not wear it on asphalt or gravel: leather wears out fast outdoors.
- Keep the shoes in their fabric bag, away from damp and direct light; never in a closed box while still damp.
- Check the heel protectors: once the heel touches the floor they need replacing, before the heel itself gets damaged.
- If you dance often, alternate two pairs: the shoe dries out and the sole lasts longer.
